Dr. Deepak Kotak MA(Oxon)
Deepak is currently an investment manager for a small private equity fund in the US where he concentrates on healthcare. Deepak is also the chief medical officer of a Texas based medical device company moving into the commercialisation stage. Deepak has been an advisor to a US biotechnology company, private renal dialysis company and a start up medical IT company as well as being a fundraiser. He has invested in healthcare companies for over a decade and writes about emerging companies and science for PropThink.

Deepak has been a consultant (attending) physician in London teaching hospitals for 10 years and has a wide medical and surgical perspective both within the NHS and private practice. Unusually he also practiced as an attorney for four years in civil law. Deepak graduated with an MA from Oxford University and an MD from the university of London.
John Bosley
From 2001-2004, Mr. Bosley was Senior Vice President and Managing Director for Sales and Distribution at GoldK, Inc, a Boston based business process outsourcer for the retirement and financial services industry. GoldK was the industry leading, internet based recordkeeping and administration platform for 401(k) processing for small and mid-size corporate plan sponsors.
Mr. Bosley has taken an active role with Wind River’s client companies both at the Board of Director level and with operating positions. He provides advisory services in the following areas: Corporate/business development, marketing and sales development, corporate finance/restructurings, private placement of equity and debt, exit and liquidity strategies, and mergers and acquisitions
Over the last 30 years, Mr. Bosley has held a number of senior management positions in nationally known computer hardware and financial services software companies, including a division of Litton Industries, Wang Laboratories, The Saddlebrook Corporation, and Ovation Technologies.
He has also served as Board Member and President of Sims Sports Inc., and as a Board member of Rynel, Ltd., Inc.
Mr. Bosley holds a B.A. from Ithaca College.

Deepak is a serial entrepreneur in the technology and financial market spaces, with rich experience in algorithmic trading, company valuation, financial analysis and strategy execution.
In a new early stage startup, Deepak as a co-founder is helping build powerful interactive tools to visualize financial data both on the web and on mobile platforms. The goal is to marry financial and social data from the web, and create derivative inferences that are meaningful in that they help you reduce costs, manage risk or make money, sometimes all three.
