Screening is held once a week via video conferencing or in person and will consist of a 30-45 minute presentation. If there is interest at screening and then discovery will phase will start with consultations done with our Board of Advisors. This meeting is structured for a 2-3 hour timeline, in which we will engage in a deep-dive session with the company discussing key issues. If there is further interest, then we will commence due diligence. BlackstoneValley executive team travel to focus markets frequently and in person meetings can be scheduled in advance.
